Single Party Framework Agreement for Artificial Sports Surface - City Wide Maintenance Contract

Tender description

Dublin City Council (DCC) intends to enter into the following 4 year Single Party Frameworks to carry out the maintenance of artificial sport surfaces at many diverse sites which are located Dublin City Councils city-wide geographic area. • Lot 1 - A Single Party Framework Agreement for North City (Package A) • Lot 2 - A Single Party Framework Agreement for South City (Package B) Tenderers can apply for, and be awarded, one or both lots. The sites comprise of full size 3G pitches, multi-use games areas of both sand filled and 3G type, tennis courts and a bowling green. Please note other sites may be added to this contract during the life cycle of this commission. The successful contactor will be responsible for first bringing all of the existing sites up to a standard which allows them to be routinely maintained. This will involve, repair works, cleaning, topping up infill, intensive grooming etc as detailed in the bill of quantities. Following the successful completion of the phase 1 interventions then the Contactor will begin routine maintenance. This is a specialist service therefore those bidding for the works are expected to possess the necessary expertise, plant and systems to perform the duties detailed in the tender.
