Tender description
The V&A requires a professional partner to work with them in delivering a robust, flexible and economic solution to the delivery of fire detection, fire alarm, voice alarm and emergency lighting services (FAVAEL) across the portfolio. The sites include both grade 1 and grade 2 listed buildings which are of exceptional interest and international importance. This procurement will take place using the restricted procedure with accelerated timescales (shortened SQ period). The services shall be provided as a fixed fee on a partial comprehensive basis and this should be reflected in the contract price. The successful supplier will be subject to performance measurement against a set of key performance Indicators and associated service levels.
