Tender description
The contract includes the design and build of a new leisure centre, located in Barnstaple, which will form an extension to the current Tarka Tennis Centre. It will also include the management and operation of the following facilities: — existing Tarka Tennis Centre which will be incorporated into the new build leisure centre referred to above, — new build full-size artificial grass pitch (3G), — Ilfracombe Pool and Fitness Centre. Design and build anticipated to run from 8.11.2019 to opening. Operate and maintain to run 20 years from commencement of the service period anticipated to be 18.10.2021.
