Tender description
The Council wishes to hear from organisations capable of supplying a Waste Data Management and Accounting System for the management of multiple contracts in the handling and disposal of Local Authority Collected Municipal Waste at a number of licensed facilities provided by external contractors. This is an invitation to participate in a written soft market testing exercise to enable the Council to assess the market and formulate it`s future requirements.
