The aim if the framework is to support our members to achieve energy efficiency outcomes; including reduced carbon emissions and increased cost savings. The total framework value is 250 000 000 GBP and, for information, we have a proposed pipeline of works to be called-off once the framework is live delivering EWI and associated works for a Northern Ireland Member totalling 40 000 000 GBP over 3 years (this will likely be broken in to sub-lots) and we are encouraging suppliers to bid for the Northern Ireland region where they have the desire and capability to deliver these works. The lot structure is provided as follows: 1) External wall insulation and associated works; 2) Cavity wall, loft and internal insulation, 3) Cladding and associated works; 4) Domestic solar PV and battery storage; 5) Non-domestic solar PV and battery storage; 6) Electric vehicle charging points; 7) LED lighting. The lots are broken down geographically to allow suppliers to bid only for the regions where they operate and have the capability to deliver. If you meet the requirements that have been set for this framework and as set out in the procurement documents we would welcome your bid.
