Tender description
Contract for the build of an innovation centre on the Kent Medical Centre. The Council’s intention is to appoint a contractor who will deliver the European Region Development Funding (ERDF) funded Medtech-Innovation Programme (M-IP) business support across the Local Economic Partnership (LEP) and within the innovation centre itself (once built). The Council intends to manage the innovation centre itself and procure a contractor to act as an agent to undertake lettings of the facility on opening.
