Tender description

Midland Heart are looking to procure a repair and void works across Midlands Central Retirement and Supported Living properties and repairs for commercial units and Midland Heart Offices across the Midlands Contract and to award to one contractor for our property portfolio (further information detailed in invitation to tender guidance). It is proposed the contract is procured for a primary term of 2 years, with 2 x 1 year extensions subject to satisfactory performance of the contract thus taking the contract duration up to a maximum of 4 years. Total value is for total contract life. As per previously communicated.
