Tender description
The successful contractor will be required to carry out day-to-day repairs service, including OOH emergencies, void works and planned kitchen and bathroom refurbishments. There are approximately 800 properties, mainly in the City of Westminster and the Borough of Camden, London. South East Consortium on behalf of Soho Housing Association invites you to tender for their responsive maintenance and void works contract. The successful contractor will be required to carry out day-to-day repairs service, including OOH emergencies, void works and planned kitchen and bathroom refurbishments. There are approximately 800 properties, mainly in the City of Westminster and the Borough of Camden, London. The contract is for 3 years with the option of extending for a further 2 years, subject to performance.
