Tender description
The University of Sheffield wishes to invite tenders for Collaborative Mobile Robots (x3 lots) on behalf of the AMRC Wales. The requirement is for industrial robots, end effectors and ancillary equipment to support manufacturing research activities for our partners across all Welsh industry sectors. These devices will be located at our new, purpose built AMRC Wales facility based at Broughton, Flintshire. This procurement is an EU open procedure conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Closing date for receipt of tenders: 18.11.2019 at 12.00 noon (UK time). AMRC Wales has a requirement for a number of industrial robots, end effectors and ancillary equipment to support manufacturing research activities for our partners across all Welsh industry sectors. Lot 1 equipment’s overview requirements are to supply, install, commission and provide training for minimum 3 staff to operate a Collaborative Serial Arm Robot with 7 kg payload and integrated vision and latest version controller. AMRC Wales has a requirement for a number of industrial robots, end effectors and ancillary equipment to support manufacturing research activities for our partners across all Welsh industry sectors. Lot 2 equipment’s overview requirements are to supply, install, commission and provide training for minimum 3 staff to operate a mobile robotic platform. AMRC Wales has a requirement for a number of industrial robots, end effectors and ancillary equipment to support manufacturing research activities for our partners across all Welsh industry sectors. Lot 3 equipment’s overview requirements are to supply, install, commission and provide training for minimum 3 staff to operate an automated mobile platform.
