Horsham District Council - Warnham Discovery Hub Garden & External Works

Horsham District Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified organisations to provide works for the supply and construction of a renewed garden at Warnham Local Nature Reserve, Horsham, RH12 2RA, including the external works to a new building called the Discovery Hub. The work includes the construction of new bound gravel paths with brick edging, brick retaining walls, fencing & gates, drainage works, seating areas, a new wildlife pond and an artificial reedbed with a timber bridge. Soft works include the preparatory works for new planting beds and wildflower areas and turf works. The Council is procuring this contract following the Open Procedure under the Council's Procurement Code. The Council will be awarding one Contract for the provision of all services detailed in the Specification.
