Tender description

The London Borough of Lambeth is hosting an event to introduce a procurement process to suppliers that will cover general repairs and maintenance works to its 25 000 homes and communal properties, including responsive repairs, mechanical and engineering works, fire safety works, asbestos removals and works to void properties. The procurement process is expected to take place over the next 9-12 months and is currently planned to follow the competitive procedure with negotiation process. The contract is expected to be a 6 year JCT 2016 measured term contract with 2 extensions of up to 4 years each. The contract will be divided into service and geographical lots and be a total value of approximately 26 350 000 GBP per year. The estimated date of publication of the OJEU notice is around 6.12.2019, though this is subject to change.
