Tender description

Council office and Council-owned public conveniences cleaning services includes: — regular cleaning of Elizabeth House (the Council's main offices located in Stratford-upon-Avon), — opening and closing and regular cleaning of 12 public conveniences (6 in Stratford-upon-Avon and 6 located across the district of Stratford-on-Avon in outlying towns and villages), — occasional cleaning, opening and closing of other buildings owned by Stratford-on-Avon District Council, i.e. Sports Pavilion in Stratford-upon-Avon. Contract is 4 years (with the option of an additional 4 year contract extension), commencing on 2.6.2020. As per details above and below. The procurement will be accelerated at ITT stage. The cost in II 1.5) is for the 4 year length of the contract (excluded any potential contract extension). At this stage, the Council is seeking expressions of interest from potential bidders.
