Tender description

Oxford City Council (‘the Council’) is seeking to engage with suitable experienced and qualified contractor(s) to establish a 3 year framework agreement (2 + 1) and appoint up to 5 contractors. The works to be undertaken will be to provide a contracting service to Oxford City Council’s HIA (OCHIA), such works will be level access showers/wetrooms and associated bathroom works. Each work is unique to the client and will have a separate schedule of works outlining the requirements. Work will include the provision of specialist equipment, all of which shall be for the benefit of citizens. Works shall take place in the homes of client. The Council reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any time and not to proceed with the award at any stage of the procurement process. Oxford City Home Improvement Agency (OCHIA) is dedicated to helping older, disabled and vulnerable residents within Oxford City to live safely and independently in their own home. The agency service is available to people who are vulnerable and need help repairing, maintaining or adapting their home.
