Tender description
Heriot-Watt University would like to draw attention to a procurement activity that Heriot-Watt University intends to undertake in collaboration with Edinburgh Napier University within the next 2-3 months. The requirement is for the introduction of a Professional Estates Services Framework Agreement (which would be available for use by both Universities) for a 3- year period with an option for a further 12 month extension. Lot 2 will provide architectural and design services. Lot 3 will provide cost consultancy services. Lot 4 will provide mechanical and electrical engineering services. Lot 5 will provide civil and structural engineering services. Lot 6 will provide building surveying services. Lot 7 will provide space planning services. Lot 8 will provide clerk of works services. Lot 1 will provide project management services.
