Tender description
Norfolk County Council has been granted funding by the Department of Transport for the provision of a bike share scheme in Norwich. The Council has appointed a single operator for the provision of the scheme which will be provided as part of the wider Norwich Transforming Cities project. This procurement was carried out using the open procedure as defined in the Public Procurement Regulations 2015. The scheme will operate across the city centre and extend along other designated travel corridors. A single operator has been appointed to set up (including any associated street works) and manage the scheme on behalf of the Council.
