Tender description

This service is for the provision of a housing-related floating support service for people living in their own homes. Wrexham County Borough Council (WCBC) is tendering for the provision of a generic floating support service for the County Borough of Wrexham. The service will be available to all types and tenures of household and will prevent homelessness and enable householders to sustain independent living in their own homes. The current supporting people contract is for a service available in a designated area of the Borough only, and has delivered successful outcomes. We are therefore seeking to establish a new contract that makes the service available to the whole of the Borough.
