Tender description

A medium to long term contract for the supply, installation and maintenance of mesh panels for some of the WMCA's bus shelters in high areas of vandalism across the West Midlands area. In areas of high vandalism the West Midlands Combined Authority's (WMCA) strategy is to install steel mesh panels into its bus shelters rather than standard glazing materials, at present this accounts for 134 shelters across the WMCA network. This contract is for the supply, installation and maintenance of mesh panels over a contract period of 5 years with options to extend, on an annual basis, for up to an additional 2 years. The panels may also be required for any other WMCA on-street infrastructure such as cycle storage facilities, etc.
