Tender description

Single stage Design and Build method via an accelerated restricted procedure for a Main Contractor for the design and delivery of circa 3,621m2 new sport building, 1059m2 new workshops and 2,605m2 of refurbishments. Additional information: The shortened timescales under the accelerated restricted procedure will only apply to the completion of the SQand that it is the intention of the College to provide a minimum of 25 days for completion of the tender. - The Authority reserves the right not to award any or part of this contract, postpone or terminate theprocurement process (or part of it) or change the procedure used to procure the contract, at any time without liability on its part. - The Authority is not liable for any costs (including third party costs, fees or expenses) incurred by thoseexpressing an interest in or bidding for this contract opportunity and no implied contract is created. - Tenders and all supporting documentation for the contracts must be priced in sterling and written in English. Any agreements entered into will be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of theEnglish courts.
