As a devolved organisation Network Rail are looking for a partner who can work with multiple parts of the business to identify media planning and buying solutions that can meet a varying complexity of requirements at both a regional and national level. The appointed supplier will be responsible for all paid-for channel planning, strategy and media buying that must be: — audience driven, — innovative with structured experimentation, — fully evaluated with regular reporting. Network Rail will be holding a pre-market engagement event in early November to help finalise its scope of services prior to issuing the OJEU notice. Network Rail are looking for a partner who can work with multiple parts of the business to identify media planning and buying solutions that can meet a varying complexity of requirements at both a regional and national level. The appointed supplier will be responsible for all paid-for channel planning, strategy and media buying that must be: — audience driven, — innovative with structured experimentation, — fully evaluated with regular reporting. The supplier will deliver the above through: — a partnership and collaborative approach, — supportive and consistent account management, — an organised and responsive way of working, — expertise and proactive recommendations, — continuous improvement and shared learning across the business. The supplier will have a full understanding of, and access to, media opportunities across a range of different channels (online and offline) at local, regional and national level. And be able to demonstrate experience in the strategy, planning and delivery of multiple campaigns.
