London Borough of Sutton Parking and Environmental Enforcement - Soft Market Testing

Tender description

The London Borough of Sutton is seeking an experienced contractor to deliver enforcement within Beddington Park and is considering extending the scheme to all other Parks within the Borough. Beddington park struggles from parking in non-designated areas and, during the summer, large groups of visitors causing excessive noise and lighting unauthorised fires and barbecues. Additional background information is provided in an accompanying document. In addition the Council may at some point in the future consider introducing car parking charges in the Boroughs Parks and we would be interested to hear about such schemes elsewhere. In view of the above, London Borough of Sutton is carrying out this soft market testing exercise to gain an insight into the feasibility, practicality and deliverability of this project from the experts in the market. All the information gathered through this soft market testing exercise will inform the final specification for the commission.
