Tender description

Provision of training design and delivery services to support the adoption of SAP for c 4 500 staff members, who will need to be competent SAP users (end users, line managers, administrators, super users) at the point of go-live in March 2020 to support critical back-office and student facing services. Analysis, design, development and delivery of training to support OU’s Core System Replacement (CSR) programme. A learning strategy and approach to: — Create a programme of learning and capability development that can be deployed to multiple end user groups/teams, — Ensure all employees learn and adopt the new technologies and ways of working, — Provide employees with easy access to help and support information that meets employees needs during intensive go live periods and beyond, — Define the learning methods that best suit the programme and people’s needs. Deliverables in scope: — Training Strategy Refresh, — Training Needs Analysis, — Training Catalogue, — Training Curriculum, — 14 animated videos, — 20 eLearning packages/modules, — 81 SAP Enable Now simulations, — Materials for 10 days of self-paced materials and/or instructor led materials, — 30 days of training delivery, — Training material template designs, — Training project management.
