Tender description

SEAI will relocate their current offices from Wilton Park House Wilton Place Dublin 2 to in Three Park Place, Hatch Street, Dublin 2. The proposed works comprises of all works to complete the fit-out of circa 2 500 m2 net (between the 3rd and 4th floors) in Three Park Place, Hatch Street, Dublin 2 (the ‘Premises’) for office accommodation. The fit-out works consists of construction of a stairs between 3rd and 4th floors as well as open plan office space, cellular offices, meeting rooms, training rooms, canteen area, storage areas, services areas and ancillary office accommodation areas. The main building works (shell and core and CAT A works) are complete. The works will be completed by mid August 2019 to allow occupation by SEAI in September 2019. Applicants should note that construction (fit-out works) on other floors in the Three Park Place development will be ongoing during the fit-out works.
