Tender description
Each of STW (Severn Trent Water), HD (Hafren Dyfrdwy Ltd) wish to award contract agreements for the provision of customer data services. These will be split across 2 lots. Lot 1: will be for data; Lot 2: will be for trace tool. STW and HD require the provision of customer data for the purposes of debt collection, such as identifying property occupiers and tracing and locating debtors. Lot 1: Data — electronic transmission of fixed, developed and ad-hoc data requirements. STW and HD require the provision of customer data for the purposes of debt collection, such as identifying property occupiers and tracing and locating debtors. Lot 2: A trace tool whereby the STW and HD can access and interrogate a database.
