Repair and maintenance services of central heating

Tender description

London and Quadrant Housing Trust are seeking suitably experienced service providers to deliver it's domestic gas contract requirements split into geographical areas covering the provision of a range of annual gas inspection, servicing, maintenance, inspection, safety checks and breakdown services, including smoke, heat and carbon monoxide alarms. This will also include installation contracts. There are 3 x services to be provided: (a) gas serving, inspection and safety checks; (b) gas breakdown, maintenance and replacement of parts to domestic gas systems, appliances and installations; (c) schedule of rates for domestic gas boiler renewal or new heating and hot water installations, other additional works and voids and mutual exchanges. The contract is for 4 years plus optional extensions at an estimated value of 7 000 000 GBP pounds per annum for the initial term.
