The aim of this market consultation process is to: — inform potentially interested parties of the ‘Terminal Management System (TMS) Project’ (the ‘Project’), through which Rosslare Europort (RE), in conjunction with Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) is seeking to procure a TMS solution, — provide the market with high level guidance on the TMS capabilities being sought by RE, as well as a high-level description of the current TMS environment, — obtain a deeper understanding of TMS market participants (TMS vendors, implementers, prime contractors and advisors), their products and solutions, their implementation capabilities, as well as any existing or potential delivery partnerships that the participant is involved with or plans to be involved with.
