Provision of consultants to support the in-house development of the Parking Strategy, providing a strategic framework for 2020 - 2031. The aim of the Parking Strategy is to support sustainable economic growth in Mid Sussex by way of a rolling five year action plan, making best use of available technologies to manage the environmental impacts of car usage, and to protect the Councils financial position by ensuring the service provides best value from its land estate.
