HMRC are looking to hold an innovation event inviting suppliers to present emerging technology which could address some key business challenges. The business drivers for this event is to consider how we utilise technology to: •Exploit data •Improve customer experience and encourage self serve •Enhance employee engagement As a result of the Innovation HMRC then expects to invite a select number of solutions, where we will invest in developing proof of concepts that can be used to shape future design. •Creativity, quality and boldness of ideas •How ideas align to business strategic objectives and opportunities they present •Whether idea provides full or part solution to business challenges Additional information: HMRC Use an HMRC version of SAP Ariba Sourcing.
