Tender description

This procurement is for corrective and preventative electrical maintenance services for the below areas. The procurement is split into 4 lots: L1: Alarms; L2: HV Electrical Systems; L3: LV Electrical Systems; L4: Security Barriers and Gates. Please note all indicative contract value are the maximum value for all lots across the maximum contract length of 9 years. The successful contractor will be expected to undertake corrective and preventative maintenance across the University's alarm systems. Indicative contract value is made up of corrective plus indicative reactive works across a maximum contract term of 9 years. Initial terms will be 3 years with 2 options to extend. HV Electrical Systems maintenance services. The successful contractor will be expected to undertake corrective and preventative maintenance across the University's HV installations. Indicative contract value is made up of corrective plus indicative reactive works across a maximum contract term of 9 years. Initial terms will be 3 years with 2 options to extend. LV Electrical Systems maintenance services. The successful contractor will be expected to undertake corrective and preventative maintenance across the University's LV installations. Indicative contract value is made up of corrective plus indicative reactive works across a maximum contract term of 9 years. Initial terms will be 3 years with 2 options to extend. Security barriers and gates maintenance services. The successful contractor will be expected to undertake corrective and preventative maintenance across the University's Security Barriers and Gates. Indicative contract value is made up of corrective plus indicative reactive works across a maximum contract term of 9 years. Initial terms will be 3 years with 2 options to extend.
