Contractors to support Leeds Building Services in delivering High Level Access works Including Lightning Conductor Works to Leeds City Council Non-Housing Stock

Leeds City Council is looking into a potential procurement option to put in place for future contractual arrangements for suitably qualified and experienced organisations to deliver: High Level Access Works Including Lightning Conductors to Leeds City Council non-Housing Stock and the Civic Estates. To Support this, an expression of interest is required from contractors for this scheme. Leeds City Council will seek to appoint two contractors to deliver High Level Access Works Incl Lightning Conductors Works. The Contract value is £70,000 per annum. Works that are included within the scope of this contract is: High Level Access Works to the Council's non -housing stock Including Civic Buildings, Leisure Centres, Libraries and Social Care Facilities
