Amber Valley Borough Council (AVBC) - Electrical Remedial Works

Tender description

Following routine periodic testing , electrical defects have been identified that require rectification/upgrading as necessary to ensure the Council's building assets are fully compliant with current IET (BS 7671) regulations. AVBC is seeking a suitably qualified professional contractor to undertake the necessary works to a high quality in an efficient manner with minimal disruption to the Councils services. The competitive quote sought, is for a lump sum price to be fully inclusive of parts and labour. The works will need to be guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months . Applicants will need to complete and comply with a Suitability Assessment (SA) as part of the procurement process. Applicants will need to enter their price per site and provide a total lump sum price/quote of all the sites within the pricing template attached. Please note that all sites are located within the Borough.
