The GMC have embarked on a digital transformation programme, which seeks to transform the way we communicate, engage and transact with our customers* online — providing a better customer experience on all of our digital channels, including our website and mobile applications. The GMC would also like to adopt similar principals to Siebel. We believe that the utilisation of the Siebel Open UI will provide the spring-board to take a UX&D led-approach to transform a number of the GMC’s core business processes (in Siebel), utilising cutting-edge web-design technologies, including HTML5, jQuery, JavaScript and CSS.
