SPF Clean Air workshop

Tender description

In February, we are holding a workshop in Exeter for UK clean air experts to learn more about upcoming funding opportunities within the Strategic Priorities Fund Clean Air project. Date: Wednesday 06 to Friday 08 February 2019 Time: 4pm on 06 February to 1.30pm on 08 February Venue: Buckerell Lodge Hotel, Exeter EX2 4SQ This event will be an opportunity to engage with the programme team including Met Office lead scientists and our procurement team. We will be inviting attendees to input into the detailed scoping of Work Package 4 of the project, the Flexible Framework for Clean Air Analysis. This will be focused on the modelling, data, verification, application and policy stages present in air quality analysis and how to facilitate their development and connectivity through a systems analysis approach to better enable cross-disciplinary understanding and analysis. We would therefore like to invite scientists, developers and bid managers from your organisation to this event.* We will be discussing the themes, challenges and expectations of the research opportunities. There will also be a chance to network with colleagues from other organisations and to discuss consortium opportunities.
