Tender description

Pembrokeshire County Council, Supporting People Programme, is preparing to tender for a support service in Pembrokeshire for people with a criminal offending history. This will be part of the housing support grant from April 2019. As part of the development of the specification for this service, we are holding an Engagement Event for potential providers of this housing related support service, and for other agencies with an interest in this service. The purpose of the session will be to inform the future direction and service model of a service to support people with a criminal offending history. The event will explore what is working well currently, what’s not working quite so well and what things could be changed for our services to improve. Innovative ideas for service delivery will also be welcomed. Your input would be very much appreciated. The service for people with a criminal offending history is expected to provide a homeless related support service tailored to the needs of this client category. It currently provides support for a wide range of offending-related need, and often includes supporting service users to access other specialist support services. A key part of this service involves multi-agency working within the boundaries of the supporting people programme, with a range of services to ensure effective provision of housing related support.
