Repair and maintenance services of building installations

Tender description

Outline Requirement Section 1.1) The Contractor shall provide a reactive maintenance and repair service to YWS. 1.2) The appointed Contractor shall be required to provide a 24 hour service to all Sites. The purpose of this document is to outline the strategy around the Provision of a facilities management service for Yorkshire waters operational building maintenance not covered by the existing corporate facilities management provision. It is envisaged that it will cover the core maintenance requirements of: — electrical, — plumbing (domestic), — joinery, — building maintenance and minor repair, — roofing and guttering, — glazing, — HVAC repair and replace, — decorating inc plastering, — minor path and access, — one off deep cleans of welfare areas, — and any non-structural work that is appropriate. All operational buildings are included in the invitation to tender.
