Tender description

Tenders are invited from interested parties for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of audio visual equipment for the new building the Smart Innovation Hub at Keele University in accordance with the tender specification. Given the need for one Service provider to coordinate the delivery of the goods and services required, the contact has not been divided into lots. The contract period is from 1.7.2019 to 31.12.2021. The Smart Innovation Hub project (project reference code 32R17P01691) is part-funded through a consortium of funding bodies, including the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds England Growth Programme 2014-2020. This tender is for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of audio visual equipment for the new building the Smart Innovation Hub at Keele University. The contract shall comprise of a fixed price contract for the design, supply, project management, delivery, installation, programming, testing and commissioning of the audio-visual systems as outlined in the specification. The contract period is from 1.7.2019 to 31.12.2021. Please note that all of the goods need to be supplied, delivered, installed, programmed, complete with testing and commissioning during the period 19.7.2019 to 16.8.2019. This is due to the smart innovation hub building being completed and open for full use in September 2019.
