Tender description

Oldham Borough Council ("the Council") intends to create a Construction and Highway Works and Services Framework (CHWSF) for the provision of Responsive & Planned Building Repairs and Construction Services and Highway Works. This Framework is being set up for Oldham Council and the Councils Strategic Partner, Unity Partnership; to deliver Construction and Highway Works and Services to all internal departments and ancillary organisations. The overall objective of the framework is to support the Council to deliver its revenue and capital programmes.
