St Albans City and District Council is looking to commission a suitably qualified and experienced organisation for the provision of banking and merchant acquiring services. The tender will be split into 2 lots: Lot 1: Banking services; Lot 2: Merchant acquiring services. Please identify clearly on your tender returns which lots you are bidding for. The deadline for submission is 12:00 on 28.2.2019. Note: Tender returns must be uploaded on Supply Hertfordshire/In-Tend accordance with the instructions for tender.
