Tender description

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is seeking the provision of window cleaning services (the ‘Service’) for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years. This provision is broken down into the following 3 lots: Lot 1: High Level Window Cleaning Services and Specialist Cleaning of City Beach Lights; Lot 2: Standard Window Cleaning Services (Up to 3 Levels from Ground); Lot 3: Window Cleaning Services for Listed Buildings incorporating Lead Light Windows. Provision of high level window cleaning services and specialist cleaning of city beach lights. The successful tenderer(s) will have the capacity and expertise to offer a quality customer service for the provision of window cleaning services. Experience in the field of high level window cleaning services. The successful tenderer will have a proven track record in the window cleaning industry. Provision of standard window cleaning services (up to 3 levels from ground). The successful tenderer(s) will have the capacity and expertise to offer a quality customer service for the provision of window cleaning services. Experience in the field of standard window cleaning services up to 3 levels from ground. The successful tenderer will have a proven track record in the window cleaning industry. Provision of window cleaning services for listed buildings incorporating lead light windows. The successful tenderer(s) will have the capacity and expertise to offer a quality customer service for the provision of window cleaning services. Experience in the field of window cleaning services for listed buildings which includes lead light windows. The successful tenderer will have a proven track record in the window cleaning industry.
