The works covered by this specification include the provision of additional power supplies and electrical containment systems, and some remedial works to the existing main electrical distribution board, provision of Normal and Emergency Lighting and associated lighting controls, provision of a new fire alarm system, including the provision of a supply and return air ventilation system serving the upholstery room and all associated builder’s attendances, etc.
