The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham is looking to engage with local and small medium enterprises (SMEs) for the provision of planned and responsive works to our schools and other Council buildings by way of a dynamic purchasing system (DPS). The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham is looking to engage with local and small medium enterprises (SMEs) for the provision of planned and responsive works to our schools and other Council buildings. The DPS will be divided into different categories of works and these are: — multi-works, — roofs, — drains and drainage systems, — general build, — heating and boiler systems, — groundworks, — electrical and lighting equipment, — windows, — CCTV and monitoring systems, — intercom and security equipment, — landscaping and horticultural. A panel of pre-qualified contractors will be set up for each works category, and then this will enable the Council to undertake further competition exercises amongst the pre-qualified contractors on that panel. If you wish to express an interest in joining the DPS, you are invited to complete the supplier selection questionnaire (SSQ) in order to meet our minimum requirements. You can apply for multiple panels. Further competitions for specific contracts will be undertaken from the relevant panel in 2 formats: 1) Planned maintenance — packages of works will be tendered and evaluated on quality and price award criteria; 2) Responsive/emergency Repairs — quick response exercise based on price only tenders. This arrangement will be for a period of 4 years and new contractors can apply to join at any time during this term.
