Tender description
• Strip out and legally dispose of circa 270 existing fluorescent fixtures • Strip out and legally dispose of the existing emergency bulk heads and emergency signs • Supply and install circa 270 new LED fittings that comply with the specification • Supply and install new sensors and push button switches • Supply and install new emergency LED bulk heads and emergency signs • Associated builders works including ply backing for ceiling tiles and new tiles as required • Clean as you go • Deep clean post completion of the works in each building • Commissioning of the new fixtures, lighting controls and emergency lighting • Issue safe electric certificate • Issue commissioning certificate for the emergency lighting • Completion of as installed drawings and safety file This contract was awarded to Pure Electrical Ltd
