Tender description

Network Rail currently uses an on-premise software platform to manage meeting room bookings across the Network Rail estate. The current software allows colleagues to book meetings in circa 270 meeting rooms with a registered user base of circa 6 000 Network Rail colleagues. Of the 270 rooms in use, currently 205 have a panel screen situated outside the meeting room itself. The current software service and panels do not provide the full functionality that Network Rail requires, furthermore there is a need within the business to move to an off-premise solution. This periodic indicative notice is to inform the supply base that Network Rail will be issuing a tender to procure an enhanced room booking solution, this solution will consist of an off-premise software as a service with supporting hardware panels. This tender is due to be published on the 7.10.2019, the tender will be published to suppliers via the Network Rail Procurement platform — BravoNR (https://networkrail.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.html), should you wish to be invited to participate in this tender you must ensure the following: — you have a bravo user account in place, — you have completed and submitted the pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) and achieved qualified status for the supplier qualification system (SQS) within Bravo (see how to guide attached), — you have selected the ‘Software as a Service’ category as part of your SQS registration and submitted the required category PQQ and achieved qualified status at category level, furthermore when completing the pre-qualification questionnaire for this product category you must ensure the following: —— you click Yes to question 5 and agree to the SaaS — dynamic purchasing system terms and conditions, —— you select as a minimum ‘Property, Workplace and Facilities Management’ in answer to question number 6 — SaaS categorisation. This must be completed by 7th October. Should this be of interest, please access the following link, https://networkrail.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.html From the welcome screen, access the ‘View Current Opportunities’ link and select ‘Room Booking Solution Tender’. From there you will be able to access a user guide in the form of an attachment titled ‘Supplier Guidance — SQS’ which will provide a step by step on how to complete the following: — how to register for bravo (if needed), — how to complete and submit the overall pre-qualification questionnaire for the SQS, — how to select additional product categories such as ‘Software as a Service’ and complete and submit the required category PQQ, — how to review the status of your response submissions. The deadline to complete the required registration is the 7.10.2019. For any queries regarding the above, please contact jack.barlow@networkrail.co.uk
