Tender description
Midlothian Council is looking to procure a term contract Development Manager / Commercial Manager Appointment to support the development work across the entire Council estate. The scope of works embraces the provision of multi-disciplinary services associated with projects being carried out by Midlothian Council The following scope of services is merged across 2 categories – Development and Commercial Management. Development covers all asset management strategy and development of project solutions. Commercial is expected to cover the seamless transition of these projects through development and feasibility into design, procurement in the market place and onto final delivery, retaining project knowledge and experience through from inception to completion.
