Tender description
Electrical and Mechanical Upgrade Works, including all associated Builders Attendances. The works include the provision of a new sub-distribution centre and distribution cable and new electrical containment systems, and some remedial works to the existing main electrical distribution board, provision of Power distribution services, Normal and Emergency Lighting and associated lighting controls, data network system, provision of a new fire alarm and intruder alarm system, including some mechanical works and all associated builder’s attendances, etc.
