Microsoft Office 365 Consulting (Configuration and Usage)

Tender description

This project is commissioned to review current and proposed setup of the British Council Microsoft Office 365 configuration and the practices for its use. We are in the process of rolling out Office 365 globally and it already over 12,000 users. At the same time, we are in the process of Windows 10 upgrade that affects security setup from the endpoint device perspective. As British Council we want to ensure that access to Office 365 is secured, provisioning of that access is optimised, that we are compliant with Microsoft license agreement. We also want to optimise Office 365 configuration and usage. That particularly pertains to our internal and external Collaboration needs and SharePoint setup and usage and Document Lifecycle Management
