Tender description
North Yorkshire County Council acting on behalf of the Regional Local Authority Adoption Agencies and local authorities wishes to appoint the Provider as a provider of Inter Country Adoption Services in the Territory on its behalf and the Service Provider will provide the Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
