UOW743 Service & Maintenance of Automatic Doors, Roller Shutters, Gates & Movable Walls

Tender description

The purpose of the contract is to provide routine service and maintenance of all automated doors, roller shutters and movable walls on the University estate. In addition, the University is looking for a schedule of labour, rates for spare parts for ad hoc works and routine maintenance that may be required during the period of this contract. The contract will also cover project works and refurbishment within University buildings, larger projects will be contracted by way of quote. This contract will be divided into two lots, the University reserves the right to appoint separate contractors for each individual lot if so required, and may award each lot to more than one supplier.
