Trainee Kitchen & Extension of Existing Canteen at Thurles Training Centre ,Archerstown

Tender description

Proposed new trainee kitchen incorporating demolitions of existing high level heaters, lights and all associated pipework/cabling together with fire sealing of all existing blockwork walls, extending in height rear wall, construction of dry storage units and water storage room and other minor works, all drainage connections to existing services together with trenches for gas pipes to new appliances (by others); flooring, wall lining and new suspended ceiling; high level suspended steel frame for water tank; provision of new gas tank externally with underground piped supply to kitchen; all internal lighting, heating, ventilation and fire alarms. Existing site canteen extension incorporating new flooring, extension of wall lining and ceilings to match existing kitchen, relocation of roller shutter, provision of electrical/mechanical services to new appliances (by others) locations, connecting all new works into existing services on site (electrical/mechanical/civils/fire).
