Tender description

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) acting as the authority intends to put in place a Pan Public Sector Agreement for the provision of multifunctional devices, managed print software, equipment and associated services to be utilised by central government departments and all other UK public sector bodies, including local authorities, health, police, fire and rescue, education establishments (including schools, colleges and other educational establishments), charities and third sector and devolved administrations. CCS will be partnering with YPO to put this agreement in place. Records information management and associated services: The framework will be broken down into individual lots which will be finalised once customer and supplier engagement activity is completed. However, an indication of the types of services that will be requires include, but are not limited to: — storage of active and inactive records, — specialist records management services (cataloguing, listing, appraisal and selection, triage sensitivity review and file preparation services), — scanning and data entry services, — shredding, destruction and disposal services, — patient record preparation services.
