St. Finians Community College - New Extension Enabling Works

Tender description

This project consists of the Enabling Works encompassing the Diversion of an existing underground ESB HT service from its current position (beneath a proposed future new extension) as required and indicated on the documents, at St Finians Community College,Castlefarm, Swords, Co. Dublin, for completion within 30 days of appointment and prior to end of August 2017 including all necessary ESB works including new cabling and jointing asindicated. The works include the formation of a new ducting trench to ESB requirements along the proposed new route as indicated. The formation of three Cable Joint Pits as indicated and as required by ESB networks to pull new cables. Liaise with ESB on all item associated with the works. Themain contractor shall act as the main contractor and PSCS incorporating all necessary Builders Works and communications with ESB Networks as required in facilitating the works.
